The wife of convicted ex-Tyco CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski filed a notice of lis pendens seeking an “equitable lien” on their Boca Raton home in Palm Beach County as part of her Florida divorce action. Investigators maintained that the couple’s home was reportedly purchased using a $19 million interest free company loan. A New York jury convicted Kozlowski of looting the company's assets and defrauding shareholders.
