The wife of convicted ex-Tyco CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski files for divorce in Florida. Her attorneys filed a lis pendens seeking an “equitable lien” on their Boca Raton home that investigators say was purchased with a $19 million interest free company loan. A New York jury convicted Kozlowski of looting the company's assets and defrauding shareholders.
