A federal judge grants a preliminary injunction on behalf of an adult entertainment industry group seeking to “enjoin enforcement of a regulatory scheme that forces
producers of films, magazines, websites, and other adult entertainment matters to
maintain personal information dossiers on adult actors and actresses who perform in
visual depictions governed by” the PROTECT Act governing the depiction of sexual images.
