The list of sexually explicit DVD films that “Girls Gone Wild’ filmmaker Joseph R. Francis, Mantra Films, and MRA Holdings, LLC agreed "to refrain from selling, marketing, or distributing" because they were made when the companies -- while under Francis' control -- failed to keep records required under federal law to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.
