The Boulder, Colo. District Attorney declines to charge JonBenet Ramsey murder suspect John Mark Karr. The D.A. admitted that “no convincing evidence could be found that placed [Karr] in or near Boulder at that [sic] time of the murder.“ Following DNA testing upon his return from Thailand to Boulder, additional DNA testing and analysis confirmed that “Mr. Karr was not the source of the DNA found in the underwear of JonBenet Ramsey.”
