Rep. Patrick Kennedy's (Dem. - R.I.) early morning traffic accident report on Capitol Hill involving his 1997 Mustang. In a statement to the press, Kennedy said that he "do[es] not remember getting out of bed, being pulled over by the police, or being cited for three driving infractions." According to the police officer's report, Kennedy explained that he was “headed to the Capitol to make a vote.’ Kennedy will reportedly seek professional help for an addiction to pain medication, citing concern over his “reaction to the medication.” |
