Mr. Kimelman, who since 2007 has had no association or affiliation with Lighthouse, was a former employee of Lighthouse through its Proprietary Trading Division, an affiliate of Lighthouse. Lighthouse ended its affiliation with that Proprietary Trading Division in 2008 and no longer maintains a proprietary trading division.
