PAUL, Minn., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Following the conclusion of the Department of Justice's Tribal Nations Listening Session, Attorney General Eric Holder will hold a press conference on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29, AT 5:00 PM CT/6:00 PM ET to discuss the two-day event and make several announcements about initial steps to increase public safety in Indian Country. The listening session is part of an ongoing Department of Justice initiative to increase engagement, coordination and action on tribal justice. Joining the Attorney General will be Associate Attorney General Tom Perrelli, U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota and chair of the Attorney General's Advisory Committee B. Todd Jones, and tribal experts who have been a part of preliminary meetings leading up to the listening session.
