ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Republican Trust PAC, a conservative grassroots organization, today launched a television-advertising campaign promoting the only choice conservatives and true Republicans have in the New York-23 special election: Doug Hoffman.
The television ad is called "The People's Choice" and is slated to run in the District through Election Day.
The Trust's Executive Director, Scott Wheeler, released the following statement: "The conservative show of force in New York demonstrates the escalating discontent in New York and across the country with the liberal big-government tax, take and regulate agenda being forced upon us by the Washington elite.
"Conservatives in this country outnumber liberals by 2 to 1 but both establishment parties crowned ultra-liberal candidates in back room meetings denying their party faithful a candidate that represents their true values.
"The election of Conservative Party Candidate Doug Hoffman is the best way to tell the establishment Republicans and Democrats to give us good candidates or we will find our own. We are taking America back!"
Wheeler said the National Republican Trust PAC "is funded solely by individual contributions of average New Yorkers and Americans who typically donate $25 or $50 at a time and are committed to conservative American values. No corporate or political party money has been used to fund this ad campaign."
