ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The conservative grassroots organization, National Republican Trust PAC today endorsed the Conservative Party Candidate over the two establishment candidates, Republican and Democrat in New York's special election to fill the vacant 23rd Congressional District.
The Trust's Executive Director, Scott Wheeler released the following statement. "The National Republican Trust PAC is committed to standing on principles not party lines and electing candidates who speak for America and not the Washington establishment. We are going all out to elect Doug Hoffman, the Conservative Party Candidate and will be launching a television advertising campaign this week."
Wheeler called the New York GOP's ultra liberal candidate selection an "insult" and a "slap in the face" to all conservatives and true Republicans. He further explained, "New York's out-of-touch GOP party hacks chose the most liberal nominee possible in a backroom meeting without any input from the voters of New York."

The Trust will start running ads this week focusing on Hoffman vs. the establishment candidates.
