With nearly 30 years as a practicing attorney, 20 of which were spent as in-house counsel and as a senior business executive with global brands, Daigle most recently served as Quizno's executive vice president of International Development and Legal which played a key role in growing Quizno's overseas. He also served as that company's general counsel and as executive vice president of Domestic Development with oversight of the teams responsible for franchise sales, real estate, design and construction, store openings and non- traditional development.

For the past 20 years, Daigle has served as business leader and legal advisor in franchise and business deals around the globe.

Prior to Quizno's, Daigle worked in both legal and executive level business positions with brands such as Popeye's Fried Chicken, Church's Chicken, Blockbuster, Boston Market, Einstein Bagels, and Barnies Coffee and Tea.

Daigle has experience working with these blue chip companies during prosperous times, CEO transitions, class actions law suits and mergers and acquisitions. With his background, he will provide Cheng Cohen clients with invaluable business and legal counsel.

Before working as in-house counsel, Daigle was a partner at the New Orleans firm of Simon, Peragine, Smith and Redfearn. He also worked at Dillon & Cambre where he gained extensive experience trying both bench and jury cases in state and federal court.

Daigle received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Tulane Law School.
