SUMMERVILLE, S.C., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- American LaFrance, LLC (the "Company" or "ALF"), a leading manufacturer of fire truck and vocational vehicles, announced today that Judge Mary F. Walrath, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, presiding in this case in Judge Shannon's temporary absence, approved American LaFrance, LLC's Fourth Amended Disclosure Statement for delivery to creditors. The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors supported the Disclosure Statement and the Third Amended Plan of Reorganization filed on March 27, 2008. The court has set April 18, 2008 as the voting deadline and April 29, 2008 for confirmation of the Plan.
