Fedders Corporation Sells Fedders Addison Company

LIBERTY CORNER, N.J., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fedders Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of air treatment products, announced that it has sold the assets and business of its Fedders Addison Company ("Addison") subsidiary to Roberts-Gordon LLC.

The sale was completed today, following last week's approval by the US Bankruptcy Court overseeing Fedders' bankruptcy proceedings. Addison is a manufacturer of commercial HVAC products and will now operate under the name Addison.
