    A federal grand jury indicted a teenage suspect from Somlia on piracy, hijacking and kidnapping charges were filed against a Somalia teenager accused in the incident involving the U.S.-flagged Maersk Alabama container ship.

    The ten-count indictment allges that Abduwali Abdukhadir Muse conspired with other alleged pirates to carry out his crimes, and that he "threatened to kill [Capt. Richard Phillips,] the captain [of the ship] unless his demands were satisfied.
