  • U.S. Department of Justice attorneys tell a judge that "nine-two videotapes were destroyed" by the CIA. This acknowledgement is part of the ACLU's Freedom of Information lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense seeking information about how detainees were treated after their capture and detention by U.S. military, CIA, and other personnel.
