QUESTION: Where does one discover a bunch of Bull in the State of Florida?

Yes, for their sheer propensity to riot, cause chaos, use firearms, and marijuana, the University of South Florida Bulls have made the final cut for the 2000 Tarnished Twenty, along with most of the other college football teams in their state. South Florida does retain a small victory in that it dropped somewhat in the final poll, due to increasingly good behavior and the fact that the other Florida teams still managed to conduct themselves in a felonious enough manner that they surpassed the more boyish antics of these Stampeding Tauruses. Nonetheless, the Bulls still have managed to remain among college football's Tarnished elite.

The troubles for the Bulls began when, in May, left tackle Kenyatta Jones was arrested and charged with possession of a concealed firearm, a felony, and resisting arrest without violence. Slated to be a "cornerstone" of this year's offensive line, Jones was arrested inside a nightclub after being seen by officers "displaying a firearm inside the business."

Not to be outstaged, however, senior captain Charlie Jackson and sophomore defensive tackle Greg Walls were arrested and suspended following misdemeanor arrests in September. Jackson, the Bulls' all-time leading receiver, was charged with possession of marijuana and trespassing, while Walls was charged with disorderly conduct outside a McDonald's restaurant.

Coach Leavitt, given this string of incidents, don't you think it's time to establish a bedtime for your players? There's not going to be a recount on this one. South Florida, you're officially tarnished until 2000; and no, I'm not just referring to the way you vote!
