ATLANTA (AP) - A federal judge on Wednesday denied a request by AT&T Inc. to force competitor Verizon Wireless to pull its "There's a Map for That" commercials. But the judge scheduled a Dec. 16 hearing to give the AT&T attorneys another chance to make their case.

NEW YORK (AP) - T-Mobile USA is selling Sidekick phones again, more than a month after a server meltdown caused contact numbers, pictures and other personal information to disappear from many of the phones.

W.Va. consumer advocate, staff oppose phone deal
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Some key state regulatory officials are opposing Frontier Communications Corp.'s plan to buy Verizon's wire line business in West Virginia and 13 other states. The Public Service Commission's staff and Consumer Advocate Division recommended the merger's rejection in filings Monday with the PSC.
