An American from Houston, Texas is charged with receiving terrorist training by al Qaeda on how to use weapons, make bombs, and interrogate captives. After being captured in Kenya, he allegedly told FBI agents there that he intended to fight “against all those who are against the Islamic State,” and “that he had ‘no problem’ killing or fighting Americans.” |
