Federal prosecutors charge a traveler arriving at a Detroit airport from Nigeria with carrying more than $78,000 in cash and a computer “with information about cyanide and nuclear materials.” According to an FBI agent, a drug detection dog also “alert[ed] to the scent of narcotics on the money.”
