The judge in the sexual abuse case against Michael Jackson orders that pleadings filed by prosecutors in September 2004 debating the exclusion of settlement amounts in previous civil cases against Michael Jackson shall remain sealed, given that “[t]he intensity of the media coverage in this case is unprecedented,” and the judge has yet to rule on the admissibility of certain items mentioned by the prosecution.
