The deferred prosecution agreement between former Credit Suisse First Boston investment banker Frank Quattrone and federal prosecutors. The original charges alleged that Quattrone had hindered a federal probe by urging other investment bankers that he supervised to destroy files after learning about a federal probe. Today's agreement does not contain any admission of criminal wrongdoing by Quattrone.
