A doctor suspected of writing prescriptions for pro wrestler Chris Benoit is indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that he allegedly wrote prescriptions for large quantities of painklllers and amphetamines "for other than a legitimate medical purpose and not in the usual course of professional practice."
The drugs that he is accused of prescribing include Percocet, Vicoprofen, Xanax, and Lorcet, Adderall.
