  • Florida State Rep. Robert W. Allen (inset, left), the co-chair of Sen. John McCain's Florida legislative leadership team was arrested for soliciting prostitution from an undercover police officer posing as a transvestite in a Titusville, Fla. public park. After allegedly making several trips to a restroom near a public park at 3:30 in the afternoon, the policeman stated that Allen allegedly agreed "he would pay me $20.00 in order to perform a “blow job” on me."

    Just 3 1/2 months before his arrest, McCain announced that Allen would co-chair his "legislative leadership team in Florida." At the time, McCain stated how proud he was to get support from Allen and other Florida lawmakers. "These men are respected leaders in their communities and have real experience wrestling with the important issues of our day," McCain said.

    According to the Florida Representative's website, Allen, "his wife and family live in Brevard County," Florida.
