Capt. James J. Yee a/k/a Youseff Yee

On April 14, 2004, the commander of the U.S. Southern Command, Gen. James T. Hill,
dismissed the original charges, shown below, that were filed against Capt. Yee.

Charges included allegations of adultery and possession of pornography on a
U.S. Department of Defense computer in violation of Articles 92, 107, 134,
and 133 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice ("UCMJ")

Yee was also charged on October 10, 2003 with other aleged UCMJ violations

Yee was represented by Washington, D.C. attorney Eugene Fidell
