The felony kidnapping charges filed against a Missouri pizza parlor manager accused of abducting Shawn Hornbeck when he was 11 years-old on October 6, 2002, and “terrorizing” him and “conceal[ing] his whereabouts for four years and three months” until he and another boy, 13 year-old Ben Ownby, were rescued this week from Devlin’s apartment complex in Kirkwood, a suburb of St. Louis.
