An Indiana judge issued an arrest warrant for Marcus Schrenker, the missing pilot who reportedly parachuted from his plane in Alabama before it crashed in Florida, obtained help from Alabama police, and then allegedly fled on a motorcycle that he put in storage only days earlier. Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Sonia Leerkamp filed two felony criminal charges against Schrenker on Tuesday, January 13, accusing him of acting as an unlawfully acting as a compensated investment advisor after Indiana terminated his investment advisor status on December 31, 2008.
