  • The murder and DUI charges against the 22-year-old charged with murdering of Los Angeles Angels rookie pitcher Nick Adenhart and two other people on April 9, 2009.

    Gallo is accused of running a red light on Thursday night, April 9, 2009 and broadsiding a Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Courtney Stewart that carried three other passengers including Adenhart, just hours after he pitched six shutout innings in a game against the Oakland A's.

    Andrew Gallo was previously convicted of driving under the influence ('DUI') under California law.
