    An 18-year-old teen suspect was arrested and charged with a string of cat killings, mutilations, and burglaries in the towns of Cutler Bay and Palmetto Bay in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

    Tyler Weinman was charged with 19 counts of felony animal cruelty, 4 counts of felony burglary, and 19 counts of illegally disposing of dead animals, a misdemeanor offense.
