Accused Miley Cyrus stalker due back in Ga. court
Mark McLeod (MIK-lowd) is scheduled to appear Friday morning before a State Court judge in Savannah, where he's been jailed since August. Police say McLeod twice traveled to nearby Tybee Island looking for the 16-year-old "Hannah Montana" star as she filmed a movie on the Georgia coast. Investigators said he resisted officers who tried to remove him from the set. A grand jury on Wednesday declined to indict McLeod on felony charges. He still faces misdemeanor charges of attempted stalking and disorderly conduct. McLeod's attorney says his client never posed a threat. 2009-10-30 10:29:16 GMT
