North Carolina counties under flood warnings after storms
Forecasters say radar indicated a tornado over Bailey, although authorities report no major damage.
Several counties are under flood advisories. A thunderstorm brought penny-sized hail to Wendell, about 20 miles east of Raleigh. Forecasters expect the rain and storms to continue through Monday night. In northeastern Minnesota, the community of Floodwood is also under a flood warning. 2008-04-28 10:04:55 GMT
